Job summary

GBA is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader in Round Rock, TX to guide field teams and assess critical infrastructure. You will work with a specialized group of structural and transportation engineers to deliver safe, reliable inspections across Texas.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bridge inspection, complete NHI safety inspections (130055/130056), and hold or pursue a PE license in Texas. Travel and outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• Bridge inspection experience with leading field teams and preparing reports.
• Completion of NHI safety inspections and a PE license in Texas preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspection teams on routine assignments in Texas.
• Perform inspections and evaluations of in-service bridges per standards.
• Develop detailed bridge inspection reports and supporting docs.
• Assist with load rating calculations and related reports.
• Travel to project sites across Texas as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver accurate results.
