Garver's Birmingham, AL office is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader to oversee SNBI bridge inspections and related fieldwork. Travel across Tennessee and Mississippi is involved, with occasional work in other states. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are negotiable.

You will collaborate with in-house engineers and technicians to deliver robust inspection reports. Preferred candidates have NHI Course 130055, 8–15 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

• NHI Course No. 130055: Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges
• 8–15 years of related experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsabilités

• Perform routine SNBI bridge inspections and field visits as Inspection Team Leader
• Coordinate site visits for inspections
• Assist with underwater inspections
• Follow company procedures for documenting inspections
• Upload daily inspection files to the specialized interface
• Enter bridge inspection data into the system
• Perform field work including equipment handling and adverse weather conditions
• Conduct NSTM inspections
