Job summary

Patel, Greene & Associates, LLC seeks an experienced Bridge Inspection Group Leader to oversee and grow our bridge inspection practice across multiple Florida offices. Lead inspection teams, assess structural conditions, and provide recommendations for maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement projects while ensuring NBIS, FHWA, FDOT and AASHTO compliance.

Qualifications

Experience leading bridge inspection teams and preparing inspection reports.
Proven ability to ensure NBIS, FHWA, FDOT and AASHTO compliance.
ABET-accredited engineering degree required; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead bridge inspection teams for routine and fracture-critical structures.
Assess conditions, identify deficiencies, and recommend maintenance or replacement.
Review inspection reports and approve condition ratings and repairs.
Conduct QA/QC of inspection documentation and inventory data.
Coordinate field operations, safety planning and schedules.
Interface with clients and PGA leaders to grow the practice.
Mentor staff and develop future leaders.
