Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Project Superintendent for a bridge and heavy civil construction project north of Tampa Bay, FL. You will lead field operations, supervise foremen and subcontractors, and manage safety, schedule, and budget in a design-build environment.

Based in the North Tampa Bay area, you’ll coordinate with FDOT inspectors and the owner’s team and drive production to meet contract goals. Relocation to Central Florida is welcome.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway and bridge construction.
• Experience as a superintendent on bridge or interchange projects.
• Knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
• Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Set production goals and enforce them.
• Plan work with project manager and engineers.
• Own jobsite safety and act as OSHA competent person.
• Coordinate with FDOT inspectors and owner's team.
• Track quantities, production and field cost against budget.
• Maintain daily reports and field documentation.
• Coordinate material, equipment and deliveries.
