Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering DOT/infrastructure projects (VDOT preferred).
• Knowledge of contracts, scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and cost tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients for clear communication and execution.
• Oversee contract administration and change order management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Provide leadership to field personnel and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with DOT and public agency stakeholders to maintain alignment and quality.
