Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a skilled Carpenter to construct concrete forming systems per blueprints for highway, bridge, and industrial projects. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork on-site.

You will read blueprints, set up scaffolding, operate power tools, and assemble forms while maintaining safety policies and coordinating with the crew to complete assignments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bridge work.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with leveling tools such as laser levels and transits.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Safety policies and procedures and promote safety first.
• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures, scaffolding and framework using hand and power tools.
• Interpret blueprints and layouts to determine material requirements.
• Maintain and use power equipment safely and keep tools organized daily.
