The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years in structural bridge engineering, and demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years in structural bridge engineering.
• Experience leading bridge projects from planning to delivery.
• Proven project management and leadership abilities.
• Business development experience with public/private sector clients.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of structural bridge engineers.
• Oversee project planning, design, and delivery.
