You will apply standard engineering techniques to a variety of structures and gain real-world experience on active HDR projects. The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and exposure to NBIS inspections and field services.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering techniques to bridge projects such as girders, concrete, segmental and box culverts.
• Assist with the development of bridge and structure designs under supervision of a senior Engineer.
• Participate in mentoring programs and connect with company leaders and recent graduates.
• Support field services for site visits and NBIS inspections.
• Perform other duties as needed.
