SLR Consulting seeks a Bridge Engineer to contribute to design, analysis, and inspection of bridge structures within a multidisciplinary team. You will work on state/municipal and private projects across the Northeast, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (CT preferred or reciprocity) a plus.
• 5–8 years of Structural Engineering experience with bridge focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and prepare design calculations.
• Prepare contract documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Manage small to large-scale bridge projects and inspections.
• Develop structural details and construction plans using design software.
• Lead or assist bridge inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Present findings and results in client meetings.
