Benesch is seeking a Bridge Design & Structural Engineering Intern to support design, load ratings, and inspections on bridge projects in a mentored environment. You will gain hands-on experience in design, analysis, and field tasks alongside senior engineers in our Boston office.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Civil Engineering degree with a focus on structures and have strong analytical and communication skills, with ABET accreditation for your degree and a plan for continued growth within

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus preferred or plan to obtain within 2 years.
• Interest in bridge and structural engineering; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support conventional and complex bridge and structure design, load ratings, and bridge inspections.
• Gain hands-on experience contributing to design, analysis, and field tasks while learning from experienced engineers.
