Job summary

Stantec is looking for a Bridge Design Manager to lead engineering teams on infrastructure projects. Located in Columbia, Greenville, or Charleston, SC, or Atlanta, GA, this position oversees design and project deliverables for bridges and related infrastructure, while managing client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the structural design of bridges and transportation structures.
• Ability to work as key personnel or subject-matter expert.
• PE license or ability to obtain the PE license in SC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design development and project deliverables for bridges and related infrastructure.
• Provide technical assistance in resolving complex problems.
• Perform client coordination including deliverables and invoicing.

Leadership skills

Strong oral and written communication

Bridging design codes understanding

Education

Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree highly desired
