Job summary

RPMGlobal in Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Crane Operator (Bridge) to support bridge construction projects across the state. You will operate and maintain cranes and boom trucks, assist with excavators and loaders as needed, and ensure work meets PennDOT standards.

You will work with a safety-focused team to meet production goals, understand load charts and signals, and learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA. Travel and various shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• CCO Certification and PA Crane License required or in process.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with 2 years of experience and NESL driving standards.
• Willingness to travel and work varying shifts.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and safety focus.
• Bridge construction experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane and boom truck safely and productively.
• Operate excavators, backhoe/loaders, rollers, and related equipment when needed.
• Produce quality workmanship meeting company standards and PennDOT inspection.
• Meet production goals set by foreperson or project manager.
• Understand load charts and signals from coworkers.
• Assist teammates and work as part of a safety-focused crew.
