The Position:

We are looking for a Foreman with experience in Bridge Construction Piledriving. Responsibilities include accurate reporting of materials, equipment, hours, managing and ensuring safety of crew personnel, public safety, and compliance with regulatory measures.

• Coordinate and supervise activities of one or more crews for construction projects.
• Assign duties to crews, ensure proper training and tools are provided for accurate execution.
• Evaluate the most efficient methods to complete projects without compromising safety or quality.

• Projects vary by location; reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.
• The primary project location is Hannibal, MO (Northeast Missouri).

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to tolerate variable weather conditions and work in dusty environments.
• Union membership in a Local Carpenters/Piledriver Union or willingness to join; assistance available from HR.
• Prior bridge construction and/or general construction experience.
• Knowledge of templates, pile driving equipment, rigging, signaling, cutting torches, welding, and drilling.
• Experience installing various piles, including pipe, H, and sheet piles, especially near water.
