The Middlesex Corporation in Kittery, Maine seeks a Carpenter Foreman to lead field planning and production of bridge-related construction under the Superintendent.

You will enforce quality control and safety, coordinate materials, manage labor and equipment, and drive on-time project delivery with a focus on quality and teamwork. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and a strong 401k program.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Foreman on bridge projects.
• Knowledge of forming systems and equipment for bridges.
• SHA 10 certified is preferable.

Aufgaben

• Enforce quality control and safety policies across all work and ensure compliance with safety and QC plans.
• Ensure materials required for the week are on site or available.
• Record labor and equipment daily in Heavy Job system.
• Lead daily huddles, stretch sessions, and weekly toolbox talks with crew.
• Maintain and store equipment properly at shift end.
• Assist in planning work schedule and determine labor/equipment needs daily.
• Report potential changes to the Field Superintendent.
• Oversee time sheets, daily reports, and quantities completed.
• Monitor crew productivity and daily goals.
• Follow construction processes to ensure on-time completion.
• Provide job hazard analyses before new activities.
• Develop material handling plan with Superintendent.
