Rock Creek Grading LLC is seeking an experienced Bridge / Civil Construction Foreman to join our team in Burnsville, NC. You will lead a crew, supervise daily field operations, read plans, and ensure safety and productivity on busy job sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in bridge or heavy civil construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to complete accurate daily reports while keeping projects moving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bridge or heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience supervising crews and daily operations.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and complete work efficiently.
• Ability to complete accurate daily reports (labor, equipment, and work performed).
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.
