Job summary

Bridges-USA in Lauderdale Courts, Tennessee, is seeking a part-time Bridge Builders Program Specialist to actively facilitate Bridge Builders events and workshops and recruit students for programs and events.

The role requires leading staff facilitation, coordinating with the Training Manager, and maintaining accurate participant data in Salesforce. The position runs September 2026 through May 2027, with 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or one or more years of directly related experience; in lieu of degree, six years of directly related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and learning sessions for youth and adults
• Well-organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using MS Office, Google Suite, and project management software
• Represent and speak to groups on behalf of BRIDGES at events, conferences, meetings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff facilitator for Bridge Builders COLLABORATE training, electives, community actions, and related activities
• Collaborate with Training Manager for event preparation and delivery
• Provide feedback to the Curriculum Coordinator for updates
• Assist with interviewing summer facilitators
• Work with Outreach and Recruitment team for outreach and promotion of Bridge Builders events and students
• Maintain seamless communication with students, parents, and community partners
• Maintain participant data in Salesforce and submit status reports
• Log attendance for Bridges Builders in Salesforce
• Keep Bridges Builders records updated and report issues to the Director of Evaluation
• Represent BRIDGES at events, conferences, meetings, and public forums
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by program staff
