Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and ensure all customers are attended to.
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions.
• Welcome guests by checking them in and offering drinks and treats.
• Support Bridal Stylists by entering note sheets and logging gowns tried on.
• Maintain a clean, inviting fitting room and store environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping and general store upkeep.
• Contribute to the store’s appearance and create a positive tone for every bride.
