Job summary

Alyssa Kristin in Chicago is seeking a warm Bridal Stylist for our flagship showroom. You’ll work directly for the designer, help brides personalize gowns, and deliver an unforgettable experience from first contact to gown pickup.

Key responsibilities include pre-appointment calls, guiding silhouettes and fabrics during in-studio appointments, processing orders, and maintaining a beautifully welcoming showroom. Availability Fridays and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bridal styling or fashion client services.
• Strong customer relationships and ability to guide decisions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-appointment calls to learn about each bride's vision.
• Style brides during in-studio appointments, guiding silhouettes, fabrics and fit.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial contact to gown pickup.

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, personable Bridal Stylist to join our Chicago flagship showroom.

At Alyssa Kristin, you'll work directly for the designer—not a traditional bridal boutique. Our gowns are thoughtfully designed and made in Chicago, giving you the unique opportunity to help brides personalize and customize their gown to create something that's truly their own.

From your first pre-appointment phone call to the moment a bride picks up her gown, you'll play an important role in making her feel confident, cared for, and excited throughout her entire experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-appointment phone calls to learn about each bride's vision and prepare for a personalized appointment
• Style brides during in-studio appointments, guiding them through silhouettes, fabrics, fit, and customization options
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through gown pickup
• Assist with gown orders, pickups, and follow-up communication
• Maintain a beautiful, welcoming showroom
• Represent the Alyssa Kristin brand with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

Who You Are

• Previous bridal styling experience preferred (or experience in fashion, styling, or client-focused sales)
• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping clients make confident decisions
• Friendly, polished, and comfortable leading appointments independently
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about bridal, fashion, and creating memorable client experiences
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays, with some availability on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays
