Job summary

Grace Loves Lace in Chicago is seeking a Full Time Bridal Stylist who thrives on delivering exceptional service and driving sales. You will conduct private styling appointments, represent the brand with polished presentation, and build lasting relationships with brides through a high-touch experience.

Flexibility to work weekends, strong multi-tasking, and comfort with using an iPad for bookings are essential as you help clients select accessories and attire while upholding the GLL standards of

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs.
• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey.
• Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range.
• Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Highest standard of attention to detail.
• Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed.
• Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills. Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous.

Working from our beautiful Chicago Boutique, we are seeking someone who has a passion for the bridal industry, customer service and can drive for sales!

Having boutiques in Australia, the US, Canada, and London allows plenty of opportunity for someone who wishes to grow with the GLL brand.

As a Full Time Bridal Stylist you must have open working availability between Thursday-Sunday (32 hours per week, 4 days per week) & can commit to consistent weekend work.

A GLL Stylist -
