Luxe Brands is hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Bridal Stylists for our Luxury Boutique, La Jeune Mariee Bridal Collection. La Jeune Mariee is a high-end designer bridal boutique that offers exclusive bridal attire and accessories, providing a personal and memorable experience to every bride.

Work Hours and Schedule

Unlike traditional retail, our hours are flexible, and we are closed on major holidays.

Full-Time Schedule

• Availability to work five days per week, averaging 40 hours.
• Must include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) plus three weekdays.

Part-Time Schedule

• Availability to work three days per week, averaging 28 hours.
• Must include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) plus one weekday.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $12/hour plus commission, with total earnings potentially reaching $32+/hour.

• Maintain knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.

• Support store visual presentation and handle administrative tasks.
• Represent the brand professionally and passionately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability aligns with schedule requirements.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Proficiency with POS, CRM, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
