Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to provide a positive, empathetic selling experience and deliver 5-Star customer service. You will drive sales through expert product knowledge, appointment preparation, and collaboration with Alterations for dress customization.

The role reports to Store Manager alongside the Sales Manager and requires maintaining store standards and a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, empathetic, and professional selling experience.
• Manage customer flow and use POS/iPad tools to research and assist customers.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to a 5-Star service standard.
• Prepare for appointments, review profiles, and assist with fittings.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
