Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Stylist to create a positive, empathetic shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will greet customers, manage flow with the POS system and iPad tools, and coordinate fittings with Alterations. Strong product knowledge and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Responsibilities include building relationships, preparing for appointments, providing alterations guidance, and driving conversions while maintaining store standards and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel/service environment preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver 5-Star service (Appointments/Customers/POS).
• Escalate issues when appropriate and partner with leadership to resolve.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and partner with Alterations Specialists to set up fittings.
• Maintain store standards and promote loyalty programs.
