Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks a friendly Stylist to deliver a personalized, 5‑star customer experience in our Grand Rapids store. You’ll help brides find their perfect gown, manage appointments, and promote alterations and personalization options to ensure every client feels celebrated.

Work with a team to maintain store presentation, meet sales targets, and follow our selling behaviors from greeting to checkout. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and stylish service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or service environment preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star customer service to all customers.
• Achieve sales goals and productivity by following selling behaviors.
• Manage customer flow using appointments and POS system tools.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and personalize options; coordinate with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards and presentation for a flawless shopping experience.
• Accurately clock in and out for all scheduled shifts and follow loss prevention policies.
