David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to provide a positive, empathetic selling experience and deliver 5-Star customer service. You will aim to meet sales goals by following the store's selling behaviors and supporting presentation and operations under Store Manager and Sales Manager supervision.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, building relationships, and guiding them through dress selections, alterations, and personalization options to help every bride feel celebrated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent degree; 1-2 years retail experience preferred in apparel, service or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is preferred.
• Experience with a computer-based POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and adapt communication style to the customer.
• Research and communicate product information using iPad tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain 5-Star Customer Service while assisting multiple customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles, favorites, and preparing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and personalize fittings in collaboration with Alterations Specialists.
