We offer a range of benefits, including minimal weekday hours, competitive hourly pay rates, and a team bonus. Additionally, you will receive a $400 bonus for every referral hired, with no limit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing customer profiles, favorites, and preparing a fitting room.
• Build relationships with customers by welcoming them to the store, asking questions, and listening to understand their expectations and needs.
• Strive to identify the perfect gown or dress in the customer's first three try-ons.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems preferred.
