We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new flagship showroom in New York City this summer, marking an exciting expansion of our brand. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and entrepreneurial Bridal Showroom Manager to lead and grow our presence in NYC.

Role Overview: The Bridal Showroom Manager will oversee all aspects of CINQ's flagship showroom operations in New York City, delivering an unparalleled customer experience, driving sales growth, and building a dynamic team. This is a full-time role, Tuesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the showroom's luxurious atmosphere.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of bridal stylists, ensuring high-level sales performance and brand consistency.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, client relationship management, and superior client experiences.
• Oversee appointments, gown fittings, and alterations schedules, ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with brides, vendors, and industry partners within the NYC bridal community.
• Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and visual merchandising.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury bridal sales.
• Managerial experience strongly preferred; proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong passion and enthusiasm for bridal fashion, with an understanding and appreciation of the CINQ brand.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven capability to take initiative, operate autonomously, and drive sales growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clienteling skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
