Job summary

David’s Bridal in Columbus, OH is seeking a bridal Stylist to deliver 5-Star customer service while helping clients find the perfect gown. You will engage with customers, manage appointments, and partner with alterations to ensure flawless fittings.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll meet sales goals, use the 5-Step Selling Process, and uphold dress code and store standards. Prior retail experience in apparel is preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm, over phone and in person.
• Ability to manage customer flow and use POS/iPad tools.
• Provide 5-Star service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain store standards and participate in alterations coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and build relationships to assess needs.
• Guide customers to gowns and coordinate appointments and fittings.
