Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use POS/iPad tools to manage customer flow and research styles for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and help achieve 5-star customer service goals.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites, and setting up fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and coordinate with Alterations Specialists for fittings.
• Achieve sales targets by following the 5-step selling process and offering add-ons.
• Maintain store standards and merchandising, report equipment issues to management.
• Encourage loyalty program enrollment and promote life-event services.
