Qualifications

Experience in bridal alterations is required.
Proficient in hand and machine sewing techniques.
Experience with delicate fabrics (lace, tulle, satin, chiffon).
Strong attention to garment structure and fit.
Excellent communication and customer service during fittings.

Responsibilities

Take precise measurements and assess fit.
Perform alterations on bridal gowns using hand and industrial sewing techniques.
Pin, mark, and adjust garments based on fittings.
Repair seams and reinforce details for optimal fit.
Collaborate with stylists and showroom leaders to meet timelines.
Provide warm, professional presence during fittings with brides and guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with gown care, steaming, or prep as needed.
