Savvy Bridal in Kansas City, MO is seeking a friendly Bridal & Hospitality host to welcome brides and families, manage The Champagne Bar, and keep the space polished and organized. You’ll coordinate appointments, assist stylists, and help the team run smoothly throughout busy days.

This role blends front-of-house hospitality with room setup, gown care, and proactive tasks to ensure every guest feels special. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, luxury retail, or bridal is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host the experience: greet brides and guests, check in appointments, assist stylists.
• Own The Champagne Bar: prepare and serve champagne, restock, keep bar polished.
• Understand the schedule: anticipate appointment flow and prepare ahead.
• Prepare for the weekend: stock and prep for Friday setup.
• Flip and maintain bridal suites: reset rooms between appointments for presentation.
• Support the team: assist with gowns, steaming, restocking, opening/closing duties.
• Find the next thing: proactively handle tasks during downtime.
