Your Role

As a Client Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. You will service clients both in-store and digitally, utilizing the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Client Advisor should speak confidently about fashion and trends, both in person and online. This position is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
  • Showcase products differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person.
  • Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni-channel and fleet-wide inventory.
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
  • Strategize to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and technology usage.
  • Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic.
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
What You Bring
  • Motivation with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Experience with technology and digital selling tools.
  • Styling, fashion, and retail experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
