Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking friendly associates in the United States to ensure a signature guest experience at LEGO stores. You will greet customers, operate cash registers, and maintain attractive, safe store environments while upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will also help receive shipments, manage stock, and support store operations. The role includes customer engagement and participation in promotions, with a hybrid work option discussed in the offer process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at LEGO Group stores and perform all cash register functions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually engaging store environment
• Operate the stockroom and assist with receiving merchandise while following safety and stock standards
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management as needed
• Engage with customers and promote promotions and loyalty programs
• Support daily store operations and duties as required
