Job summary

Full Sail Brewing Company in Hood River, Oregon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations across the plant. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain facilities and production equipment while collaborating with the maintenance team to reduce downtime and improve safety and uptime.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience in production facilities, with strong mechanical/electrical capabilities, and are comfortable working in a dynamic startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in production facilities, preferably brewing or beverage.
• Experience with pumps, motors, boilers, refrigeration, packaging equipment and controls.
• EPA 608 certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Self-starter and team player with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities and equipment maintenance, repairs and preventative programs.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control issues.
• Work on brewing, packaging and quality processes across the lifecycle from install to operation.
• Assist production teams during operations; provide guidance on best practices and tool usage.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure consistency and smooth transitions.
• Develop and document maintenance SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
