Asahi Beer USA / Octopi Brewing in Wisconsin is seeking a Brewhouse Brewer (hot side) to operate brewhouse piping and equipment, perform CIP, and ensure precise, efficient production from raw materials to finished wort. Our brewhouse keeps the entire brewing process moving — turning raw ingredients into finished wort that feeds every batch downstream. We're looking for a Brewhouse Brewer to help keep that process precise, efficient, and in spec.

Pay starts at $22.00/hr - $26.00/hr based on experience, with growth up to $34.00/hr through our tiered Brewer Career Matrix — whether you build that experience here or bring it with you, already brewed. Shifts outside of 1st shift include an additional shift differential on top of that base — never a lower starting rate, just added pay for the shift.
