Job summary

Full Sail Brewing, Inc. in Hood River, OR is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support safe, accurate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, shipping and inventory tracking.

Daily forklift operation and occasional transport of finished goods are required. You will report to the production/logistics team, follow SOPs, use FIFO processes, perform ERP data entry, and help maintain inventory accuracy and timely customer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred (2+ years).
• Forklift certification and safe operation required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam upon hire.
• Basic computer/data entry skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• WMS/ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow brewery SOPs and safety policies.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Follow receiving and shipping procedures with accurate reporting.
• Store materials in designated locations using FIFO practices.
• Monitor inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Perform ERP data entry for inventory movements.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in warehouse areas.
• Transport finished goods between locations using company vehicle.
• Support across departments to reduce bottlenecks.
