Job summary

Upland Brewing Company in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Full-time Packaging Team Member to support the Production Brewery. This role involves building cases, kegging, canning line duties, packaging, palletizing, and general cleanup.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, work a 6-10 hour shift, and operate safely around moving parts. Forklift certification is preferred; minimum age 21. Reports to Packaging and Shipping Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to take direction from management and colleagues.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Certification on Forklift operation preferred and prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build case boxes and clean kegs to prepare for the week’s packaging demands.
• Participate in kegging in accordance with Kegging protocol.
• Participate in canning line activities including filling twelve packs, case packing, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and canning line prep and clean up.
• Participate in variety pack building.
• General cleaning of assigned area; floors and bottle line/keg pads; trash removal.
