Job summary

Cigar City Brewing Co. is seeking a Full Time Logistics Operations Associate in Longmont, CO. The role supports daily logistics across transportation, warehousing, and inventory, coordinating with production and beer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and multi-task in a brewery environment. This exempt position offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining quality standards for the brewery.
• Oversee logistics including transportation, warehousing, material handling, inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfilment.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, text, and verbal tools.
• Support logistical tasks and procedures in Orchestrated Beer.
• Coordinate with Beer Orders and Production Planning teams; adapt to schedule changes.
