Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen invites applications for a Brewery Support Assistant to join our team in Lake City, United States. This entry-level, part-time role supports the brewing team with cleanliness, organization, and day-to-day operations, including light maintenance and local deliveries.

Typical shifts are Tue/Wed/Sat from 10am to 6pm, with potential for additional hours. You will help with keg cleanup, brewhouse sanitation, festival support, and customer-focused tasks behind the bar as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving kegs and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Brewery, janitorial, manufacturing, warehouse, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kegs.
• Deep clean the brewhouse and brewery equipment.
• Assist brewers with daily production and operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized brewery and work environment.
• Perform light indoor and outdoor maintenance, including weeding, yard cleanup, and general facility upkeep.
• Assist with local beer deliveries and brewery errands.
• Help pour and sell beer at local festivals and promotional events.
• Occasionally assist behind the bar as business needs require.
