Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen invites applications for a Brewery Support Assistant to join our team in Lake City, United States. This entry-level, part-time role supports the brewing team with cleanliness, organization, and day-to-day operations, including light maintenance and local deliveries.

Typical shifts are Tue/Wed/Sat from 10am to 6pm, with potential for additional hours. You will help with keg cleanup, brewhouse sanitation, festival support, and customer-focused tasks behind the bar as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving kegs and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Brewery, janitorial, manufacturing, warehouse, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Brewery Support Assistant to help with brewhouse cleaning, facility upkeep, and daily brewery support. This is a hands-on, entry-level position working alongside our brewing team with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and assisting with day-to-day brewery operations. The role also includes light building and grounds maintenance, local deliveries, and assisting at beer festivals and community events.

This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping the brewery clean, organized, and running efficiently while helping us produce quality beer.

This is a part-time position with the potential for additional hours. Typical days are Tuesday/Wednesdays/Saturday from 10-6pm
