Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering with minimum 7 yrs. experience w/ minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience
• Experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic
• Working knowledge of batch ingredient addition, fermentation, filtration, refrigeration systems, pasteurization and aluminum can/bottle packaging systems
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
• Planning, project management, and good financial acumen

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance function for the brewery and oversee technicians, planners, and schedulers
• Drive a world-class maintenance program including predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance
• Ensure equipment availability, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Foster collaboration between production, quality, and warehouse teams for equipment repairs and maintenance
• Invest in and build capability of team members
