Job summary

Bell's and New Belgium is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a technically diverse team responsible for the reliable operation of brewery facilities and equipment. You will develop preventive maintenance programs, guide safety practices, and coordinate with contractors to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 10+ years of on-the-job experience and/or specialized training and education.
• Expert mechanical and electrical knowledge with broad hands-on repair capabilities.
• Strong plumbing, welding, and machining skills with metalworking experience.
• Solid understanding of engineering concepts and production processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance for brewery systems; develop preventive maintenance programs and inspections.
• Set project priorities and coordinate with contractors and technicians; schedule work.
• Direct, train, and supervise staff; evaluate performance and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety programs; provide emergency response for mechanical incidents.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain maintenance documentation; use EAM system.
• Develop and manage annual departmental budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.
