Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking an Automation and Controls Specialist in Waddell, Arizona. This role is critical for providing tier 1 and tier 2 troubleshooting support in our brewery, focusing on improving operations and mentoring maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree and significant experience in industrial automation, specifically within food & beverage or similar industries. This position is designated as safety sensitive and emphasizes collaboration across various plant operations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in industrial automation of food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical processing.
• Ability to independently execute complex automation projects.

Responsibilities

• On-shift automation and controls support for tier 1 and 2 level troubleshooting.
• Develop continuous improvement automation projects.
• Participate in management of change process in all process areas of the plant.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Provide technical leadership to operators and maintenance technicians.
