Cerebral Brewing is seeking a motivated Brewer for our Aurora Arts location, with occasional shifts at Congress Park. You will lead day-to-day brewhouse and cellar operations, from wort production to barrel aging, while maintaining top-notch quality and efficiency.

Roles include packaging, sanitation, and collaboration on new products. Requires nights/weekends availability, strong safety focus, and ability to work unsupervised in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant brewing experience.
• Brewing-related certification or degree preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve on the fly.
• Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes at one time and communicate with the team.

Responsabilités

• Manage quality-related record keeping and compliance documentation.
• Inventory management of raw materials.
• Produce wort with attention to detail and manufacturing techniques.
• Fill, empty, and sample barrels for special projects.
• Collaborate on new products and modify existing projects.
• Oversee low-oxygen transfers, carbonation monitoring, and True-to-Brand assessment.
• Package brite and still beer in kegs, bottles, and cans.
• Clean FVs, BTs, and Brewhouse per industry best practices.
