Job summary

Victory Brewing - Parkesburg, PA is an integral part of Artisanal Brewing Ventures. We craft beer with care, maintaining production across brewhouse, cellar, and packaging areas to meet quality and safety standards.

We seek a candidate with 1–3 years in brewing or related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills (Excel/Outlook). Roles require rotating 1st–3rd shifts, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of brewing, food manufacturing, beverage production, or related industrial environment preferred.
• Formal brewing education or prior commercial brewing experience is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of brewing, fermentation, and sanitation processes preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• This role operates within a 24/5 production environment.
• Availability to rotate between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift every 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in brewhouse and cellar operations.
• Perform brewing, cellar, filtration, packaging, and sanitation per SOPs.
• Operate manual and automated brewing equipment.
• Produce wort and/or cider according to schedules and quality standards.
• Load and handle raw materials and process aids.
• Set up hoses, fittings, pumps, valves and clamps for operations.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on tanks and pumps.
• Utilize automation to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production.
• Accurately complete production logs and shift communications.
• Identify and promptly communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment with PPE.
• Support packaging operations and cross-functional production activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
