Job summary

SanTan Brewing Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking Craft Beer Packagers to join our production team. You will operate canning lines and kegging equipment, assist with startup setup, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across the facility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, enjoy teamwork, and can work evenings or weekends. Previous beverage packaging experience is a plus; training provided to operate packaging equipment and perform basic maintenance as part of a fast-paced brewery

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage packaging is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends if needed.
• Basic problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment.
• Set up for production startup.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Complete daily reports and records accurately.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from management.
• Perform preventive maintenance routines as designated by the Production Manager.
• Maintain sanitation of kegging/canning areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with team across departments.
