A leading entertainment company is seeking dedicated individuals for guest service roles in its casino. Successful candidates will ensure superior service, manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to both company standards and training requirements. Flexibility in hours is essential, as this position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive.
Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions.
Responsible for providing superior guest service including seating and greeting the guest.
Routine manual labor includes clearing tables, moving tables and chairs, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming and simple operation of basic equipment.
Takes and serves to-go orders as needed.
Completes all company-required training within the designated time periods.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule.
Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner.
