Position: Massage Therapist

The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction by providing high-quality massage services while maintaining Omni standards.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional treatments that promote relaxation and balance for guests.
2. Set up treatment rooms according to procedures and manage laundry efficiently.
3. Maintain sanitation of work areas and equipment per state guidelines.
4. Use professional stock responsibly to minimize waste.
5. Begin and end treatments on time, following all procedures accurately.
6. Confidently communicate product and service benefits to clients.
7. Attend departmental training and meetings.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Current State Massage License
• Minimum of 1 year experience in massage therapy
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passionate about providing warm, personalized service
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance
