Plato's Closet is seeking full- and part-time Stylists! If you love fashion and enjoy working with fun, interesting people, this role might be perfect for you.

As a Stylist, you'll help teens and young adults find styles that suit them. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, maintaining store organization, and providing excellent customer service. Opportunities for advancement include becoming a Certified Buyer, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager, with many of our management team starting as Stylists.

This location is part of a national resale network specializing in teenage clothing, serving the Nashville area for nearly 15 years.

Requirements

• Greet customers, determine their needs, and handle transactions professionally and enthusiastically.
• Familiarity with products, brands, and pricing to make suitable recommendations.
• Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by suggesting additional items.
• Assist in buying used products and promote store image.
• Encourage repeat visits for buying, selling, or trading.
• Price and ticket items according to guidelines.
• Restock and maintain store displays and cleanliness.
• Operate POS systems proficiently.
• Create a fun environment to encourage sales.
