A premier Hilton Golf & Spa Resort in Englewood is seeking a part-time Bartender to create memorable experiences for guests. Responsibilities include managing the bar setup, serving drinks, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of bartending experience and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Location: The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort
Compensation: $11.81 per Hour plus Tips
Schedule: Part Time - 3 to 4 days' work schedule
What will you be doing?
-Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
-Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
-Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and documents orders for drinks. Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
-Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
-Input orders into a register at the point of sale, creating checks for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
-Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys.
-Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secures bank.
-Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
-Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
What is required?
-Minimum One year of experience as a Bartender strongly required.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment.
