Job summary

Emory University invites applications for a full-time Academic Surgical Pathologist with a subspecialty in breast pathology. The successful candidate will join an interactive, teaching-focused department and evaluate a wide variety of breast specimens, including a high-volume annual caseload.

Board-eligible or -certified in Anatomic Pathology and eligible for Georgia licensure. Fellowship training in breast pathology is preferred, with interest in additional subspecialties desirable.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Anatomic Pathology.
• Fellowship training in breast pathology preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Georgia.
• Interest in additional subspecialties (gynecologic pathology or cytopathology) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a wide variety of breast specimens in a subspecialized setting.
• Contribute to teaching, research, and scholarly activities within the department.
• Collaborate with breast center locations and the Winship Institute on translational projects.
